We made our exchange policy as easy as possible! Within 30 days of your original order date, if you need a different size, color or style, please email us at [email protected] Include your original order number, email address and name on the order as well as the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. We will have your item reprinted and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.There may also be a $3 resizing fee if you are going from the S-XL size range, up to a 2X or 3X. The resizing fee only applies if you move between those two size groups. Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we’ll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Original condition is consider as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment within 5 business days for any of the following reasons:
Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
